Paula Eldridge Photography aims to capture the beauty, the unusual, the unexpected and that special moment in time…. follow the journey from behind my lens and never miss that shot!
Paula Boccacino Eldridge was born in upstate New York and relocated to the shoreline in Connecticut where she began her formative years. She first picked up her father’s 1970s Minolta and shot a few black and white frames on Kodak film; from there, she caught the shutter bug.
Growing up in picturesque Guilford, Connecticut, led to the appreciation of the deep history and landscape of New England. The photographer’s artistic style is influenced by the history of small-towns and the people within them. Paula has always been fascinated with human behavior; she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology.
The mother of two grown children, Paula was a fixture on the local town sports fields, during high school football and lacrosse seasons and then division III ball, to capture her boys in action. With sports travel behind her, Paula has broadened her field of scope to include celebrating human nature: maternity, babies, couples, families, engagements, weddings, portraits, crew cuts, besties and street photography. PEP is currently based in Madison, Connecticut.
